When you reach the doorway to the Research Labs (Exit A), you'll need to use the intercom next to it to be allowed through. Then inside the site, you'll encounter more feral ghouls and find more corpses, but a voice over the intercom system will invite you up to the Research Labs, which you can reach via the metal staircase in the machine room (#1). REPCONN Test Site, you'll be attacked by feral ghouls, but you'll also come across some corpses of Bright Follower ghouls and nightkin.
