Over the past few months, Sledgehammer Games has begun unveiling a number of features that will be appearing in Call of Duty: Vanguard, the latest release in the long-running franchise. It's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and I question a medieval style warfare game with supposed options that takes away one of the fundamental ones.As the Black Ops Cold War cycle moves towards its end, the Call of Duty community is eagerly awaiting the launch of the 2021 instalment of the popular first-person shooter franchise. Cavalry armies are cavalry however you look at it. You could do this (and I did a lot) in older TW games but not this one. The point is using the horsey speed and mobility of the army to an advantage (despite the possible fragility and limited options of a cavalry force) compared to ones with infantry tagging along slowing things up is now not a thing as they can't cover ground quickly/get to choke points ahead of the foe/catch them off guard/seek positional advantage etc on the campaign map.
Use them like horse archers and pull them apart until their morale is shot (lel) and then run them down like dogs. You have basically a monstrous anti infantry creature (knights) a skirmisher (pistoliers) and a solid ranged warrior (outriders with rifles/grenades) to pick apart the enemy.
